APPLY NOW – Canberra Coaches Connecting with the Community Program

The ACT Branch of the International Coach Federation (ICF) has launched its Canberra Coaches Connecting with the Community Program for 2014.

Through this program, local community organisations are being offered the opportunity to receive pro-bono coaching hours for paid and unpaid workers. One-to-one coaching will be offered in 5-hour bundles to support your organisation build the capability of staff, and improve staff engagement and performance. Coaching will be provided by members of the not-for-profit ICF, across a range of coaching specialities including:

–      Executive Leadership

–      Team Leaders / Middle Management

–      Performance Development

–      Conflict Resolution

–      Wellbeing and Resilience

–      Career Development

As members of the ICF, participating coaches work in accordance with established Guidelines for Ethical Conduct (http://www.icfaustralasia.com/Ethics.php) and must hold their own Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

Expressions of Interest to receive coaching can be submitted at this linkhttp://www.sogosurvey.com/k/SsUUPUsRVsPsPsP. Coaching is to be requested in bundles of 5 hours, and you are asked to select three of the above specialities that offer the most benefit to your organisation. This will allow us to select coaches that will best suit your organisational needs. While every effort will be made to align these needs, we are unable to guarantee the hours or speciality of coaching that will ultimately be offered.
