PhotoAccess is a non-profit visual arts organisation dedicated to supporting Canberrans to use photography to share stories, connect with others and shape our community.

Established in 1984, PhotoAccess is an incorporated non-profit association dedicated to supporting the ACT and region community to use photography for self-expression, social connection and cultural change. Through workshops, exhibitions and engagement activities, as well as publicly accessible making spaces, PhotoAccess provides opportunities for Canberrans of all backgrounds to develop visual literacy, contribute their story to the public conversation and participate in shaping our city, community and culture.

PhotoAccess is a registered charity, and all donations over $2 are tax deductible. All donors are invited to join the PhotoAccess’ Supporters Circle, a friendly group that gets together throughout the year to join in the fun of growing a creative, inclusive and inspiring organisation.
