Cyclabilities Incorporated (changing to Abilities Unlimited Australia)
Abilities Unlimited Australia’s (AUA) Cyclabilities and WaterAbilities programs are community driven initiatives supporting children living with a disability to participate meaningfully and inclusively in sporting activities. These programs are uniquely modelled on allied health principles and delivered within a therapeutic framework.
The weekly programs encourage children with disabilities and their families regularly engaging with their local community to develop safety skills, fundamental movement skills and swimming and cycling skills. The programs also promote positive mental health and wellbeing through building community and social connectedness. Developed and directed entirely by volunteers and facilitated by Allied Health Professionals and Disability Support workers, participants are supported to build skills and capacity to remove barriers often associated with further participation in organised sporting and recreational activity.

Cystic Fibrosis ACT is a predominantly volunteer organisation supported by one part time staff member. Our small organisation provides vital support to 86 individuals living with Cystic Fibrosis, and their families who are located in the ACT and surrounding region.

The Little Pantry at Woden Community Service (WCS)
The Little Pantry runs by donations. It is a WCS initiative supported by the combined Lyons Churches where people in need can get an emergency pack of non-perishable foods and personal items. Donations can be made by tax-deductible monetary donations or by arranging a delivery from a supermarket.
The Men’s Table
Over dinner once a month, it creates a sense of belonging, community, peer support and camaraderie that is lacking for many men, even for some who already have a group of mates.
The Men’s Table entrée nights are information nights where men can find out if The Men’s Table is for them.
