Argyle Housing is a not-for-profit, Community Housing Provider. Our main objective is to provide and manage secure, Social and Affordable Housing for people on low to moderate incomes who would otherwise struggle to find accommodation.

As a not-for-profit, community housing provider, our core mission is to address the growing challenge of accommodation scarcity for those who find it hardest to compete in the traditional housing market. Recognised as a Tier 1 Community Housing Provider, Argyle Housing is committed to service excellence, operating as a registered not-for-profit organisation. We pride ourselves on delivering specialised, evidence-based tenancy and support services. Our services are meticulously tailored to meet the unique needs of local, regional, and urban communities across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

Currently, Argyle Housing manages approximately 2,500 properties, providing a home to over 4,500 Australians from diverse backgrounds. We extend our services to individuals living with disabilities, accredited by the NDIS Safeguard Commission to offer tenancy support and facilitate home modifications. Our efforts are aligned with the Future Directions for Social Housing priorities, focusing on the development of new, high-quality housing. This initiative is designed to offer social housing clients a pathway to affordable housing, eventually leading into the private rental market and homeownership.
