We host a quarterly Repair Café with “local made” markets at the Hawker Softball Centre.  This is our marquee community event where volunteers repair all things, fabric, leather, household electrical appliances, furniture, toys, ornaments, garden equipment, mowers, bikes and workshop tools together with garden tools and knife sharpening.
As of October 2024, our repair volunteers through the Repair Cafe events have successfully repaired almost 1,000 items, saving them from landfill with a repair success rate of 88%.
We work on community projects organised by Bunnings Belconnen. These include making seed and garden beds for local schools and cleaning garden areas in schools.
