With your support, we can continue to remove barriers, ease stress, and strengthen families facing the toughest of journeys.

Ronald McDonald House ACT & SE NSW gives a family with a sick child what they need most each other.

When a child is sick or injured it impacts the whole family. Ronald McDonald House ACT & SE NSW plays a unique role in enabling, facilitating, and supporting family-centred care within the Canberra & southeast NSW child and adolescent health system.

We’re a local, independent not-for-profit, operating 24hrs a day to provide essential accommodation and other support programs for ill or injured children and their families.  We’re dedicated to helping families stay together during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Since opening our first Ronald McDonald House at Canberra Hospital in 2012, we’ve expanded to deliver a growing range of programs across ACT health campuses, and a peaceful Family Retreat on the South Coast of NSW.

At Ronald McDonald House ACT & SE NSW, we are here for families when they need us most. Some stay a few days, some for months and others regularly over years.
