We are local people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a disabling and life-changing illness which can isolate people from everyday life. We help people with MS to maintain their strength and fitness, get out of their homes to meet others, learn new things and do things they enjoy. We can’t cure this disease, but we can make it a little easier to live with.
