Canberra Coaches Connecting with the Community – EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NOW OPEN

The ACT Branch of the International Coach Federation (ICF) has launched its Canberra Coaches Connecting with the Community Program for 2015.
You are now invited to nominate yourself or other key staff members in your organisation to participate. Please submit an expression of interest at this link https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HJBXK65. (It only takes 4-5 miuntes)
Through this program, key workers (paid and unpaid) in local community organisations are offered the opportunity to receive pro-bono coaching hours. One-to-one coaching is offered in five-hour bundles to support your organisation build the capability of staff, and improve staff engagement and performance. Coaching will be provided by members of the not-for-profit ICF, across a range of coaching specialities including:
– Executive Leadership
– Team Leaders / Middle Management
– Performance Development
– Conflict Resolution
– Wellbeing and Resilience
– Career Development
Participating coaches are members of the ICF and work in accordance with established Standards of Ethical Conduct (http://coachfederation.org/about/ethics.aspx?ItemNumber=854 and hold their own Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
You may nominate more than one person but the number of coaches is limited and it may not be possible to fulfil all requests.
