Roundabout Canberra accepts donations of pre-loved baby and children's items and distributes the items through a network of over 90 community organisations.

Roundabout Canberra is a registered, volunteer powered, grassroots Canberra region charity established in 2018. We aim to provide an essential service that can’t be found elsewhere in the community. We provide women and families experiencing hardship in Canberra and the surrounding regions with essential baby and children’s items and equipment to ensure the safety of their families. We accept donations of quality second-hand baby and children’s items from newborn to children aged 16, which are lovingly sorted, cleaned and safety-checked by our volunteers. We purchase items to repair our donations, and sometimes supplement donations when we require specialised items that aren’t often donated – such as prams, cots, baby gates, car-seats and items for premature babies. Once our donations are sorted, they are packed with care by our community of local volunteers. Our packs are tailored to the needs of women, fathers, couples, carers and families referred to us by our network of over 90 social service agencies. More than 200 children from the ACT and surrounding local communities benefit from our services every month.

To provide a child with over $450 worth of items, it costs Roundabout $100. Roundabout Canberra appreciates all donations to help us to continue to provide practical assistance to vulnerable families in need.
